Aim of coaching
Participants have already completed a training course at the B.PRO Academy.
They are given guidance and support in carrying out special COOK projects.
On-site coaching The coach provides support to enable the participant to perform the following tasks on their own:
Assessment of the actual situation
Analysis and elaboration of solutions
Checking alternatives
Decision on how to proceed further
Transforming solutions into measures and implementing them
Training
is adapted to the needs of the coachee
is carried out by a specialist with in-depth practical experience
Duration: 1 day
Requires overnight stay for coach
Seminar fee: 1 day, 900 euros plus travel and accommodation costs
